God will Multiply Our Effort if we as believers will come into agreement with His plans and purposes. This is the seventh area of multiplication in this series.

“Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.” (Matthew 18:19-20)

Where two or three believers gather in unity, Jesus made it clear that another dimension would be added that would multiply the impact of the two individual believers. Jesus promised to manifest Himself with all His resources in their midst. Even in the natural there is an amazing principle called synergy.

Synergy is, “The interaction of two or more agents or forces so that their combined effect is greater than the sum of their individual effects.”

“Five of you shall chase a hundred, and a hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight; your enemies shall fall by the sword before you.” (Lev 26:8)

United Action Increases our Effectiveness

“When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.” (Acts 2:1-4)

God can Manifest His Power in an Atmosphere of Agreement

“Only let your conduct be worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that whether I come and see you or am absent, I may hear of your affairs, that you stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel.” (Phil 1:27)

Acts 4:23-37 describes an apostolic company of believers.

1. Apostolic companies are not all apostles but they are all apostolic people V23.
2. Apostolic companies are headed up by an apostolic leader.
3. Apostolic companies think different. They think biblically.

They think team. They think globally. Math 24:14
They think dominion. Psalm 72:8

4. Apostolic companies facilitate divine placement. Eph 4:16
5. Apostolic companies share resources and have no lack. V34
6. Apostolic companies experience great grace and great power. V33

When it comes to building God’s Kingdom, there is a great partnership between human multiplication efforts and God’s divine impartations.

We can learn much about this principle from a short story in 2 Kings 4:1-7. While they were collecting and filling empty vessels with oil the miracle of multiplication never stopped.

Could it be that man can limit God’s anointing from filling vessels by simply not providing enough vessels to fill?

Disciples, leaders and Churches are vessels that God can fill with His anointing. Churches are vessels to conserve the harvest.
