I was able to visit our Victory Churches in Kenya for 9 days this past August. Kenya was Victory’s first step outside of Canada and we have been active there for over 30 years. We began with a Victory Bible College campus in Kisumu, but over the years this grew into a nation-wide apostolic church-planting organization of churches, a children’s home, and a Christian boarding school. The Kenyan people are amazing and very zealous for God!
We currently have two apostolic groups of churches there and I was able to meet with the leadership of both groups, spend a day teaching in our Victory Bible College International, Kisii campus, preach in several of the churches, and see pastors from all over the country come together for an all-day Saturday Victory Vision Day. The result was an enthusiastic return to the foundational vision of Victory – the raising up of Five-Fold leaders to be released into more church-planting adventures!
This Victory vision is alive and on FIRE in the nation of Kenya!
It was an extremely productive time there and I can’t wait to go back again!
